One on One

 

Interested in achieving a specific goal? During a private Pilates session you will have the opportunity to focus within, find your strengths and overcome your limitations. During your session you will learn proper technique and form with a customized program to meet your specific goals and needs. Be prepared to use the reformer, cadillac, chair and barrels during your workout.


Semi-Private Sessions

 

Bring a partner, set a common goal and encourage each other during your workouts. You will witness the progress and reap the benefits together - not to mention it’s always more fun with friends!


Pre/Post Natal

 

Preparing your body for birth and after birth with Pilates excercises will help you feel re-aligned, centred and strong. Detailed information on the anatomy of the pelvic floor, abdominals and back, will leave you feeling empowered with the tools necessary for a successful birth and recovery.

Join us every Tuesday night at Boomerang Pilates for an intermediate level workout. In this class you will build on your previous Pilates experience. We will use a variety of props to challenge your endurance and strength. Stretching is incorporated throughout the class to focus on maintaining well balanced muscles, that are strong but not tight, and lengthened but not weak. Leave this workout feeling invigorated for the rest of your week!
